I ran out of hay and it wont be here until the twentieth is this okay?

I am sure that your pigs will be fine without hay for a few days. Just make sure they plenty of fresh veggies. Of, course in an emergency, I would go buy small bag from pet store (as long it not brown). Just for temp situation. They should be fine though. :0)
