Not Ranked. Helpful AND tactful post? : 0
Hi guys, I got some hay from my cousin's farm a few days ago and have been feeding it in small amounts to my new pigs. However, it just occured to me today that I don't know what type it is! It is gray-green and smells greenish and a little bit sweet. It is about 10 centimentres long (with some small fragments, of course), with some tiny green cattails and the like. Do you know what kind it is, or how to tell it apart? Thanks! Last edited by YayPiggies; 10-28-09 at 03:25 pm. Reason: Typo |

Your description kind of sounds like the Timothy hay I just got from Sweet Meadow! It smells really sweet. I don't know if it's for sure timothy hay, but I just figured I would put that out there! I honestly don't know the aesthetic differences between hay!!! |
