So I just got a new pig, and like most pigs, he is very shy. MY older pig loves the vitamin C tablets, but the new guy won't even get near my hand to take them. He does eat the food pellets which say that they are a source of vitamin C on the bag. Is that enough vitamin C for him, or do I need to feed him the Vitamin C tablets? The brand of the pellet food is Kaytee, and its called Timothy Complete. |

As long as they have a proper diet, they don't need any supplements. You have to get him off that brand of food to something with more quality like Kleenmama's or Oxbow. |

As long as they are on a high quality pellet like Kleenmama or Oxbow and get a good variety of veggies they really shouldn't need a supplement. |

Is he eating bell pepper? As already mentioned, Kaytee pellets are bad. You need to switch ASAP. |
