Ive just bought some baby choy sum thinking it was bok choy before I start their vegies hope someone will come along and let me know if this is ok to feed them, (I wont give it them till I know its ok ) |

It's a close relative of bok choy and should be OK to feed it like you would bok choy - small amounts a few times a week. |

From researching it, it's like a small delicate version of pak choi. Just follow the pak choi guidelines on the charts. |

I feed the tops sometimes when I buy it. I don't feed a lot of it but the pigs usually like it. It is similar to plain bok choy. |

I always wondered if you can feed choy sum. It is awesome that I know the answer now, which means that I have another veggie to add to my list of veggie choices. |
