Hello, I have been doing lot's of research on Guinea Pigs and I read somewehere that you should buy specialvitamin C stuff to put in their water. I wanted to know if this is true. Thanks. P.S. If you have any other tips on Diet and Nutrition please tell me! |

If you go to the diet and nutrition section of this forum and read back posts and Ly's sticky posts you will learn more than you ever dreamed about the proper care and feeding of GP's. This site has been a lifesaver for many. |

You should never, ever add anything to their water. Vitamin C is achieved through good diet or if they need supplemented in case of illness then you use a tablet form or liquid C that can be dosed with a syringe (not the crap that you put in water). There is a sticky thread on this subject. |
