Not Ranked. Helpful AND tactful post? : 0 I have about 2-3 days worth of pellets left, and the new batch from Kleenmama won't arrive for a week. The pigs get plenty of fresh veggies and hay. I was thinking of just feeding a smaller scoop of pellets each day until the new veggies get here. Is there something else I should do to compensate for the light pellet feedings? I know some people do HAFF diets, but I don't know the details. These are adult male piggies. Thanks! |

I would think that just giving them smaller scoops would suffice. As long as they are still getting an unlimted amount of hay. But I'm just a newbie, what do I know? |

Scout.Layne is right, they should be fine for a few days with unlimited hay, veggies and some pellets. Maybe compensate the small amount of pellets with new veggies/fruits ? |

Just give a bit more veggies and decrease the amount of pellets you have now to make them last a bit longer. |

Thanks, all. That's what I imagined, I just wanted to make sure there was no essential element I was going to deprive them of for the week of low pellets. |
