Anyone have information on eggplant for piggers? I bought 3 large eggplants for .80 yesterday (woot) I want to premake all the animals food, and would like to include it in the pig salad if at all possible. |

Here's a recent thread where Ly answered this question: http://www.guineapigcages.com/forum/...-eggplant.html Sometimes a forum search can answer questions quicker than posting a new thread and waiting for replies. That is a great deal on eggplant though! |

Thanks. Ok as long as its not going to hurt them...I will give them a taste. I know I love the deals I get at the store after 8 at night LOL. I also got a package of grape tomatoes for .30, a full cantelope for .50, a small container of berries for .25 and 3 cucumbers for .45! At worst the food is just ripe. Sometimes almost over ripe, but when I get that type of fruit that is over ripe, I come home, cut it up and dehydrate it for the birds. And with my amount of animals, nothing goes to waste. Heck when we had more reptiles, I would even get the stuff on the verge of bad, (not bad but REAL close) and feed it to the crickets! |
