    Strawberries

Is it my imagination or has strawberries gotten bigger? I got some at some at Costco and they look like strawberries on steroids. They are like the size of small lemons. My piggy loves them! He will eat his greens first and if there isn't a strawberry in his dish, he will leave all the other stuff and pitch a fit by banging on the cage until you get him a strawberry and then he will munch on the other stuff. I have to be careful because he is putting on a little more weight.

I'd just cut the strawberry in half or something to the size you'd normally feed him. Or if your afraid even thats too much, making him gain weight, try giving him half of what you normally would if they were smaller.

It's true. I also found that interesting.
Costco also has giant avocados and mushrooms, that I can find at nowhere else. Oh, they recently raised price of cooked chickens while saying they increased size too. Have you seen them? They are bigger than turkeys!

I've noticed this too, though not at Costco, but Albertson's.

I get organic when I can, and I've noticed that the organic strawberries I buy are relatively normally sized.

    Strangeness.
