How long does cranberry juice last once opened? & Bird poop in grass & Cilantro

It seems most fruit juices can be kept in the fridge 7 - 10 days after opening (if it hasn't reached its expiration date), but most fruit juices aren't as acidic and have more sugar, so does pure cranberry juice last longer?

We've been growing some wheat grass in a tray outside, and birds have pooped in it. I know dog and cat poop in growing areas is no good, so is it any different from birds? I'm thinking I'll let the cats eat this batch (since they can easily vomit hehe) and grow some more for the gpigs indoors. Is that smart or am I being paranoid? My partner says the latter.

I've read several sprigs of cilantro per pig per day is a good amount, but what if they each want 10 or 15 sprigs in one meal? Is there any reason to limit cilantro?

If the cavies are used to fresh produce and their poop is good (not runny or anything) on lots of vegs, does it harm them to have lots every day (say, in one day, 5 large leaves of lettuce, 1/6 jumbo bell pepper, a baby carrot, a grape tomato, 5 sprigs of cilantro)? Is there an upper limit?

Bird feces can carry disease so I wouldn't give them grass that birds have poo'd on.

10 sprigs of cilantro each a day is fine. There is such a thing as too many veggies. Sometimes too much can be a bad thing. Your diet plan looks ok but you can add in rotational veggies for variety. And please don't feed fruit on a daily basis.

And as far as the cranberry juice, probably 7-10 days in the refriderator. Maybe you could freeze some of it to thaw out for later use.

Can pigs have cranberry juice? I've heard of giving it for UTI issues but can they have some in a small water bottle occasionally as a treat? No sugar added, of course. I mean pure cranberry juice.

Yes as long as it's pure natural cranberry juice with no sugar added. It's best to mix it 50% juice, 50% water. It can be given once every week or two in a small 8oz. bottle refriderating or discarding any that's left over at the end of the day.

Thanks for the answers. I'm definitely growing a new batch of grass.

The list of veggies I posted was just one example, but most meals do involve a lot of lettuce. I rarely feed any fruit. Today it was baby carrot, celery, red leaf lettuce, green leaf lettuce, cilantro, green bell peppers, and roma tomato. Wasabi especially is eating a lot of the softer veggies these days, since she doesn't eat much on her own and is being forcefed Critical Care. She much prefers lettuce to hay or pellets and I'd rather have her eat extra veggies if that's all she'll eat on her own.

Freezing is a great idea, I'll try that next time!

And another question!

What can I do about bird poop in/on soil (rather than directly on plants)? There are lots of birds in this area, and we're starting a vegetable garden, and...you get the idea. I wish I could control all the wildlife in my yard but I guess I have to take some chances, and I suppose supermarket produce has had poop near it even if not directly on it. But I still want to minimize risks.
