Sweet Meadow Brand? Type- Sweet Meadow?

My mother bought hay today from Sweet Meadow. The type, however, I have not heard of. It is Sweet Meadow. I found it confusing. But it is called Sweet Meadow Hay by Sweet Meadow Farm.
Does anyone know if the type is another name for Timothy, Bermuda, etc...?
Thank You for reading.

Re: Sweet Meadow Brand? Type- Sweet Meadow?

I found their website and it says that their Sweet Meadow Hay is what it is. Hay from a meadow. So it sounds like it should not be a substitute for timothy but can supplement it.

I bought it for regular hay.
So it can't be used for 24/7 hay?

Well Im not an expert on gp health and nutrition but I hear alot of people dont have access to timothy hay, so I think you can use that stuff. Just go back when your done. The site said it contains lots of fiber so you should be good.

I have a little bit of Timothy left, but I wanted to try something new. (To give Coco something else other than Kaytee).

It's a variety of grass hay. Timothy is not a requirement to feed. ANY grass hay can be fed. So you can use this for unlimited daily use.
