| Re: What food is good? This has been answered multiple times on the forum. I highly recommend using the search feature to find answers to basic questions. Cavy Performance or Cuisine depends on the age of your pig. Younger (6-8 months or younger) pigs and pregnant or nursing sows should have Performance. Adults should have Cuisine. As far as hay goes, timothy and orchard are both fine. Basically, you want any grass hay. Nutriphase is junk; as is any food that has seeds and other bits and pieces in it. It is also only sold in PetSmart, so by purchasing Nutriphase, you support pet mills and breeders. |
