| KM's Customer Incentive Program? Do any of the people who buy KM's understand what this is? I was just about to buy my hay.. and I get an extra option this time.. saying.. Customer Incentive Program (redeem previously purchased credits) I have no idea what this means.  Help? |

| Re: KM's Customer Incentive Program? I believe it was something she did last fall where you pre-paid for your hay but waited to buy it thus giving you a credit and when you did go to use your credit you got a discount. Not sure if she's still doing that or not. |

| Re: KM's Customer Incentive Program? Well, I didn't see the option of using a credit card (only paypal or check) and automatically checked that box. Now I am concerned. Crap. The thing is.. I didn't prepay..? I meant to pay by creditcard. I guess I thought it would automatically store my credit card information from last time. Crap. |
