About vitamin C I am wondering, if I can feed oranges to my piggy,so she can get her vitamin C supplement. What other veggies or fruits are rich in vitamin C. Thanks in advance ![]()

Re: About vitamin C Oranges are low in vitamin c. If you provide a varied diet of vegetables then you dont even need to worry about your pig getting the vitamin c s/he needs. Check out the Ly nutrition chart which is a sticky located at the top of the Diet and Nutrition forum, and also Guinealynxs care guide.

Re: About vitamin C Here is the chart that was mentioned by both hydrohoki and pigsforlife. http://www.guineapigcages.com/forum/diet-nutrition/22156-everything-you-need-know-about-cavys-diet-read-me-nutrition-charts-info.html Reviewing the information on Guinea Lynx :: A Medical and Care Guide for Your Guinea Pig is also a good idea. Most of the time, basic questions can be answered by doing a forum search or looking through prior threads in each section. Information about vitamin C has been asked and answered multiple times.
