| alfalfa pellets My two younger pigs are (and this is just a guess) 9-months and 8-months old. Should I be feeding them Cavy Performance instead of Cavy Cuisine since the Performance has more alfalfa? I just get confused when the label says "young", because exactly WHAT is "young"? And, to compound the situation even more, the two pigs in question could be a little older, so I don't want to overdose them on calcium. Is there a way to know if a guinea pig is younger than 1 year? |

| Re: alfalfa pellets Usually once your pigs reach the age of 6 months you want to make the change. You are fine feeding the Cavy Cuisine. |
