Question Burgess Excel hay and snacks

I bought my pigs a bag of Excel Herbage (timothy hay with added marigold and dandelion) and Supa Forage Excel (pure dried grass). They seem to love both types and they're lovely green hays. I just wanted to check that its ok to free feed these. I've not been able to find any other really nice hay. Are the marigolds and dandelion good for guinea pigs?

Also I was wondering if the Nature Snacks and Apple Snacks are ok to give for treats?

Re: Burgess Excel hay and snacks

Nature snacks are fine (they're just dried herb and vegetable parchment). I don't know anything about the apple snacks.

Dandelion is a natural diuretic so not something to be fed regularly so go easy on the herbage. Just take when introducing rich, green dried grass as it can cause upset tummies if the pigs aren't used to it.
