Daily veg -

Coriander - 17 Calcium
Romaine lettuce - 33 Calcium
Baby carrot - 3 Calcium
Green pepper - 11 Calcium
Tomato - 2 Calcium

-------------------------------

Frequently veg (2 - 4 Times per week)

Basil (25 g) - 38 Calcium
Asparagus - 25 Calcium
Cauliflour - 22 Calcium
Corn On The Cob - 2

--------------------------------
3 Times per week

Kale - 56 Calcium
Dill - 52 Calcium

--------------------------------

1-2 Times per week

Cantaloupe melon - 9 Calcium
Honeydew melon - 6 Calcium
Pear - 4 Calcium
Watermelon - 7 Calcium

So what dya think?

Any ideas what else I can give him to vary his diet?

Re: Trying to cut down on CA - need aproval!

Your diet plan looks good except for:

Quote:
Frequently veg (2 - 4 Times per week)

Basil (25 g) - 38 Calcium
Asparagus - 25 Calcium
Cauliflour - 22 Calcium
Corn On The Cob - 2
Cut those back to once or twice per week on cauliflower, about twice per week on the asparagus and once per week on the corn on the cob itself. although you can feed the husk/silk daily. Also I wouldn't feed basil more than two times per week.

Quote:
3 Times per week

Kale - 56 Calcium
Dill - 52 Calcium
Cut these two down to twice per week.

Quote:
1-2 Times per week

Cantaloupe melon - 9 Calcium
Honeydew melon - 6 Calcium
Pear - 4 Calcium
Watermelon - 7 Calcium
Rotate the fruits to where they get no more than 2 from this list per week. Fruits are high in sugars.
