I know guinea pigs can not eat seeds but can they eat the pulpy shell of a pomegranate and does it have any nutritional value?

Re: Pomegranates Yes they can have the pulpy shell. I gave mine pomegranite once and it was a horrid mess. Never again will they get it. It does have some nutritional value but I'd have to look it up to see exactly how much.

Re: Pomegranates Did you give them the fruit inside with the seeds in it or just the whitish parts? I gave my 2 year old the red part and it was a horrid mess I can't imagine the pigs.
