Mazuri

On a previous post, you said Mazuri 5664 was an acceptable pellet. I can find Mazuri Guinea Pig Pellets, but none of the bags say '5664'. Is there a difference, and if there is, any suggestions as to where I might find it? Thank you!

Re: Mazuri

Yea, there is a difference, all other Mazuri is garbage and shouldnt be fed, the 5664 only comes in 25ibs and is not normally found in petstores, it is ushally found in feedstores. Here is a link for its store locator Home

Re: Mazuri

It normally will say 5664 on the back of the bag. I believe the 5lb. bags are the formula 5E11. If you have feedstores in your area, contact them to see if they carry it or can get it for you. I buy 25lb. bags at a time and freeze about half the pellets in freezer bags.

Re: Mazuri

Also it is a white bag with an animated picture of a Guinea Pig on the front of it.
