| Ukers! Little gem lettuce I have seen a lettuce in the shop called "Little gem". It looks like a mini romaine, is this safe to feed daily? I have started to feed it and the pigs love it, I feed it along side the Romaine but it is cheaper and you get more for your money. So any Ukers know if it is ok to feed daily? Thanks! |

| Re: Ukers! Little gem lettuce Yup, little gem is fine to feed daily - I remember asking Ly about it a while ago. The only lettuce which is dodgy is iceberg which contains mainly water, and few nutrients, and can cause diarrhoea. |

| Re: Ukers! Little gem lettuce Slightly off topic, but when I first saw this thread, I was trying to figure out what a Uker was. Then I read the thread, saw who was responding and realized that it was UKer. I think I read faster than my brain can comprehend sometimes.  |
