Whats your piggies favourite every-day veggie?

So, what is everyones piggies favourite everyday vegetable/salad/herb?


Here's my piggies:


Basil (the piggie not the herb! hehe) - green bell pepper

Nevelle - romaine lettuce/tomatoes (not quite sure)

and BB (Billy-Bob) - Any lettuce!

Roxie begs for and eats anything green and leafy. I still can't get her to eat tomatoes, bell peppers, etc.

Cloudy loves tomatoes. Especially the yellow ones my parents grew in their garden this summer.

Basil loves pepper =) What colours did you give your pig? I've found that my pigs prefer green to yellow I have yet to try red but I won't feed that as often.

Charlie-tomato and carrot

Frisky loves lettuce, endive and corn husks. He also likes tomato and carrot.
For non-everyday things his favorites are dandelion greens and kiwi. We keep trying green or red bell peppers, but he doesn't take more than a bite.

Charlie goes crazy for carrots. He will always pick them out first over anything else.

My boys go nuts for red bell peppers! They always get picked out first when I make a salad for the pigs.

I need some red pepper but it can't be fed as often so I usually get 1 red and 2 green and that lasts me a week with 3 piggies eating it daily yay!

Leafy lettuce seems to be a favorite - and parsley. Finally they started enjoying carrots too! They don't seem to touch the green peppers or zucchini yet but I'm going to keep trying!

I think all of my girls like baby carrots the best. They see me coming with the bag and gather around to get one...I have a couple piggies that will try to steal another one's baby carrots.

They all like green peppers, too....But i think the carrots are their favorite!

Flower's favorite is cilantro. She practically eats it all before Buttercup can get any.

Buttercup's favorite is carrots, she always searches the bowl for them. The other day i ran out and she looked all over for her carrots, I felt so bad.

But of course like most pigs they both love their lettuce. Once their favorite is all gone they go for the lettuce. Its funny to watch them because we put the lettuce at the bottom of the bowel and they dig and tug for it. They are strong . Once they get the lettuce they like to steal it from each others mouths instead of getting their own. They would make bad dinner guests .

I would have to say its a toss up between carrots and parsley, cilantro and lettuce. Carrots are picked out first generally, but give them these other veggies and they are quite happy. They also like celery and green pepper. I have one that will also steal food from the other piggie. So I try to make sure there's an even amount so they both have the same amount.

Mine too! What they're each eating is all find and dandy, until they realize the other guy has a piece of *whatever veg*. Then it can turn into an all-out tug-of-war between the two boys. I laughed so hard I scared them, the day they pulled so hard on the leaf of lettuce it ripped and they both fell backwards.

Penny will eat anything, she gets super excited about anything I give her. I don't think she has a favorite.
Eevie likes carrots the most and apples, but she doesn't that too often.
Pepper was recently introduced to cilantro and I am pretty sure that is her favorite.
All three are huge fans of cilantro, green leaf and romaine. My pigs will chase each other around trying to get the piece of lettuce that the other one has rather than getting their own from the bowl!

Aww, Chubblesworth and Piggerton both go crazy munching together on fresh plucked basil from our garden over the summers. However, when it comes to carrots, the boys will each snatch a carrot from our hands and immediately run in opposite directions into the nearest hidey hole to protect their favorite treat of all time! It's so cute.

Their favorite unlimited has to be cilantro and red/green leaf.

However they LOVE their carrots most of all. They kinda line up and I give them their carrot one by one.
