Question Eating less in summer?

Is it normal for the guinea pigs to be eating a little less than usual in hot weather, just as most humans I know? Usually they eat every last scrap of their fruit and vegies, but in the last week or so, there's been about half a handful left over. It's been hot weather here, so I wondered if that had any impact. We have three and all of them are eating about the same.

Thanks in advance.
