Bean sprouts?

Hi everyone!

I haven't been on here for a while so im sorry if this has already been answered. I just have a quick question.

I was wondering if bean sprouts were ok to feed guineas? Just incase anyone is unsure, they come in a bag and are often used in stir fries. They are sort of crunchy when raw and white-ish in colour. Hope that makes sence.

We buy them quite often but never use a whole bag and they go off quite quickly, so it would be great if the guineas could have the rest.

Thanks!

Re: Bean sprouts?

They are ok once in a while. I wouldn't feed them daily, more like a few for each pig a couple times a week. Alfalfa sprouts can also be fed, same guidelines apply.
