| Re: sweetheart cabbage It will be similar to other green cabbages so the advice on the nutrition charts is "very gassy, use sparingly". |

| Re: sweetheart cabbage Yes, but only once or twice per week in limited amounts. Cabbages are gassy and if the pig has never had it before, giving too much can cause tummy upsets, gas and possibly bloat. It's better to give several varieties of lettuces along with other veggies. |

| Re: sweetheart cabbage The cabbage will do the same thing to the rabbit. It's fine to feed, just don't go overboard with it. Feed small amounts 1-2 times per week. I feed it to my pigs in small amounts and never had a problem. |

| Re: sweetheart cabbage I completely agree. You don't want to end up with gassy pets. I just tend not to feed my animals anything that can potentially cause a problem. All pets are different and who knows, maybe a bit is ok for one type and it could end up too much for another. |
