Unhappy *!#%/?

The last pet food recall mentioned 'corn gluten'-in my babies food,it says 'corn gluten meal'!Are they different,I hope?!(This is exactly what I've been afraid of!)

Re: *!#%/?

Are you talking about piggy babies or cat & dog babies? Most of us here like Oxbow or KleenMama pellets & hay which have been fine & safe. If you're talking about dogs & cats you need an all natural, made with ingredients that are NOT imported and without wheat, corn or soy. I like Canidae and there have been other foods recommended here as well. Read the pet food recalls threads under "in the news".

Thanks!I was talking about piggies. How can you tell if the food is made with imported ingredients?I know Oxbow isn't-I'm talking about other kinds.I see lots of organic food for dogs & cats, but not too much for guinea pigs...cause I have a little problem!I'd love to use Oxbow, but my guys won't touch it!I've been trying for over 2 years!

Re: *!#%/?

Go to the manufacturer's website. If it's part of the recall it should list it on the site.
