My guineas do not seem to like orchard grass hay very much, I guess its too course for them. Is bluegrass finer and is it a once in awhile hay or can you mix it with the timothy for everyday. Thanks!! Laurie

Re: Hay Orchard grass and bluegrass are usually the same thing. Any of them can be used with or in place of timothy. Any grass hay is fine as long as your pigs have it in unlimited quantities.

Re: Hay The bluegrass that comes from KM's hayloft is very soft. I believe that technically Orchard grass and bluegrass are two different varieties but what KM sells is either a hybrid or mixture because it's also known as blue orchard grass.
