I order KM pellets, and even with shipping and a UPS surcharge for crossing the border, it works out cheaper than buying Oxbow locally for me. I added up the total price of everything, including shipping or driving to the store, tax and all, figured out the total price per pound, and KM still worked out to be the cheapest.

Incidentally, that cheapest price is about $2 per pound, which is the price you were trying to lower. But I am sure it would be cheaper to ship to California than Ontario. Also, I have to buy 50 pounds at a time to get the cheapest price (the UPS surcharge is added once per shipment and doesn;t seem to depend on weight, so the fewer shipments the better).
