| Re: Is Chikory and Escarole ok? I don't think I have either of those on the charts as the nutritional info is rather hard to find. Both are fine to feed and I believe they are either daily or every other day foods. I will have to check my sources to see for sure. |

| Re: Is Chikory and Escarole ok? I feed them daily as part of my leafy green mix of red and green leaf, escarole, and curly endive. This particular combination has a very good ca/ph ratio. |

I am trying to fine tune my menu and don't quite have my portion sizes right yet. When I chop up what I have, it makes way more than my piggies can eat. One good sized romaine leaf chopped up and I have almost 2 cups already without adding anything else. I want to be able to portion it out so that it is brainless. And the grocer at Whole foods told me that Escarole is flat-leafed endive. |

| Re: Is Chikory and Escarole ok? I have quite a few pigs, and I make an enormous salad of pretty much equal parts of everything. Each pig gets a pretty big handful - way more than 1 cup. I think I once weighed it, and each pig gets 3 ounces of very wet salad. |
