Oxbow looks different

I bought 10lbs of Timothy from eBay. I found a place locally (only 27 miles away ) that carries Oxbow products. Their hay seems to have wider strands. The stuff I do have is similar in color. It just not look like the same grass.

Not all hay is created equal, even if it's by the same companies. Each cutting from each field will produce different results. As long as it's green, good smelling and free from mold, it's fine.
