cuisine or performance?

On Oxbow they have cavy cuisine and cavy performance. What one is better to get for your guinea pigs?

Cavy Performance for GPs under a year (I actually take them off it when they are about 6-9 months old).

Cavy Cuisine for GPs over a year old.
