Not Ranked. Helpful AND tactful post? : 0
Hi all, this is my first post here and I got a quick question. I want to switch my guinea pigs' diet to Kleenmama's pellet food and timothy hay. However, they cannot ship Hay to Canada due to some regulation. I have a US shipping address and can pick it up across the border easily. My question is, would there be any problem to bring the Hay across the border to Canada? Thanks in advance! |

Perhaps someone in this office could give you information or tell you how to find out what you need: Phone: Border Information Service (BIS) Calls within Canada Toll-free Service in English: 1 800 461-9999 Service in French: 1 800 959-2036 Let me know what you find out... I'm curious. |

Thanks for the info. I ordered it myself and went through the border without any problem. The border guard asked what I bought and I told him it's pet food for my guinea pigs and he lets me through. |
