Timothy Hay importable?

Hi all, this is my first post here and I got a quick question. I want to switch my guinea pigs' diet to Kleenmama's pellet food and timothy hay. However, they cannot ship Hay to Canada due to some regulation. I have a US shipping address and can pick it up across the border easily. My question is, would there be any problem to bring the Hay across the border to Canada?

I ordered it myself and went through the border without any problem. The border guard asked what I bought and I told him it's pet food for my guinea pigs and he lets me through.
