Alright, new again, and seeking some advice. I'm planning on building a C&C cage when I can get some coroplast, and I'm wondering what the maximum height for the stand would be, should something ever happen. I was thinking two cubes high, but if that's too tall, I could do one. Thanks! |

The only problem I could think of with two cubes high is reaching your piggies and cleaning your cage. But, if you're really tall, it might work well for you. I did have mine on a 1-cube-high stand and I really liked it. But, until I can get some coroplast, my piggies are camped out on the floor. I don't think safety is an issue with stand height. Just make sure you secure everything very well with zip ties. You definitely don't want to come home to a collapsed cage. I've seen some pics with both heights of stands, so I'm assuming it's safe. |

Thank you very much! This is what I thought, but I just wanted to be sure. I've done some measuring, and it turns out that 2 base cubes would be perfect! Now to find some coroplast... |

My cages is on a 2-high stand and I'm only 5'5". It works fine. I can get around it on three sides for cleaning and it affords lots of space for storage below. |

Thanks for the help everyone! Today I constructed a 3x5 C&C cage, complete with stand. I'll put pictures up once I'm able to. |
