Salad Spinners! I'm now on the search for a salad spinner. At the moment, I wash my pigs salad by filling up the sink and putting all the veggies in there. I then plonk all the food on a teatowel, gather the corners up, go outside and spin my arm round in circles to dry off the food. A word of advice: if you do this, make sure you actually have hold of the teatowel first. My pigs dinner had to be washed a second time after it was flung all over the lawn! So now my Mum does the spinning for me. Does anyone know where I can buy one of these in UK? I've looked in different places, but have had no luck. And I kind of need it before my pigs dinner gets thrown across the garden again...

Re: Salad Spinners! Best buy we have found is one called Zyliss - made in Switzerland. It has a retractable cord in the lid that you pull - almost like when you start the lawn mower! Works great for all salads and greens. We are in Australia, but I'm sure some large homeware stores in the UK would have them.

Re: Salad Spinners! Maybe you can try looking on Ebay, I am sure there are people in the US that will ship to where you are.
