| Anyone have chicks?? I know this is probably not the place to ask but does anyone here have chicks as pets??? I'm just giving this place a shot to ask some questions (or if anyone knows any good websites to read about it) about common behavior of chicks. Any help would be appreciated. If this is not an appropriate topic, CavySpirit may remove this thread. Thanks! |

| Re: Anyone have chicks?? Yes, like chickens. Actually, I'm asking this for someone else. They got 6 baby chicks (supposedly all female, from where they bought it) in April and now they're pretty big. And they decided to buy a rooster recently which is also around the same age. But the 5 hens (1 died) is totally picking on the rooster. We're not sure if that's common behavior or should we separate them... |

| Re: Anyone have chicks?? I've tried but it doesn't tell my situation much. It's usually saying how the rooster will be more violent, which is the opposite case for me. |
