I have had many unusual experiences in my short life thus far.
I think the creepiest and most unnerving for me was shortly after my first son was born. My son was probably around 4 months old and I was a stay at home mom. For several days I would feel uneasy, I would think I saw something out of the corner of my eye and get startled then when I turned it would be a plant or the vacuum or some other inanimate object. I could not get our dog to come up stairs at all. I was home alone except for the baby and dog all day. At night or during the day I would constantly have dreams or thoughts that my son would stop breathing in his sleep and the feeling would be so strong I would run upstairs to his room and check on him. After a few days of this I came down stairs and in my dining room I saw a large black mass move and vanish. It freaked me out but at the same time I wasn't sure I saw what I saw. It felt so surreal.
That night my husband and I put our son to sleep in his pack and play in our master bedroom. We turned the lights off and turned on some Christmas lights we used so we could take care of the baby at night then we lay down on the bed and were just talking about our day.
Suddenly our baby screamed. Screamed like something hurt him. My husband jumped out of bed and just stands there. His whole body covered in goose pimples. Our baby screams again and it sounds like he says "Help me!" I feel a pressure in the room and run and grab the baby then go back to our bed. He settles down as soon as I have him in my arms but his eyes are wide and he is looking at something.
My husband is still standing in the middle of the room covered in goose pimples he looks like he is following something with his eyes. Then he says "There is a %^&* ghost in the fish tank!" The fish, two pea puffers in a 3 gallon, were going crazy, beating themselves at the sides of their tank as if in a panic. Anyone who has had these fish before know they are pretty chill and slow moving creatures.
My husband and our baby at the same time dart their heads across the room. I feel the pressure right above me and the baby tries to back down into my arms, eyes wide, the Christmas lights start going dim and the pressure and presents focuses right in front of me and the baby.
Now, this is why I love my husband, while I am freaking out over my house being haunted and having a freaky paranormal experience that was about to send me running from my house screaming, my husband gets angry. He yelled at the ghost, “If you don’t get out now I will *** make you get out!”
Everything seemed to pause in the room. Like the ghost was thinking, “This guy can’t be serious?”
“If you don’t leave I will get someone down here right now who will kick your ghost butt out. Tonight.” My husband said.
Our son’s head turns quickly to the left. The lights immediately go back to normal. The pressure leaves the room. Our baby relaxes in my arms and closes his eyes. The pea puffers and my husband also calm down. We never had another experience in that house again.
I have had one animal paranormal experience before. My first guinea pig, Adam at black and white abby, died from a URI at around a year old. I was 8 or 9. Shortly after he died I got Cory and Reeses, two brown abby brothers, to replace him. One night I was lying in the top bunk of my bed when Cory and Reeses started wheeking wildly. I rolled over to tell them to be quiet and there was Adam! I saw him crawl out from under my bed up to the his old cage, now Cory and Reeses cage, the 3 guinea pigs were sniffing each other. One of the living guinea pigs was standing up on the side of the cage looking at Adam. Then something startled all 3 of them and all of them ran for cover. Cory and Reeses ran into hidies and Adam ran under the bed. I never saw him again.
