It's been 90-105 around here for a few weeks. It did rain yesterday though, which was nice.

Only 10 days of 100 degress? You're lucky! Last year in Austin, Texas there were over 100 days where the tempeture was 100 or greater. Several where it actually got above 110! Worst summer I have ever had in the state. It never rained and half a county (Bastrop just south of Austin) burned down. I hardly went outside for the whole summer. It was just too hot.
This year though I have nothing to compain about. The tempeture has been in the 90's, it's actually raining, and the spring was just amazing! I'm hoping the mild tempetures keep up through the fall. The only thing I do have to complain about is I'm trying to stain my new guinea pig cage but it keeps raining so I can't seem to get it done but that's a good problem to have if you're in Texas. =D
There's something wrong with the fabric of the universe when it's hotter in Chicago than Florida. I moved from Chi-town to get away from cold winters, but they sure do have some good global warming going on over there this summer. It's actually not too bad here in FL for July.
It's about 80 right now in San Antomio, I'm not complaining though, it's way cooler this summer then it was last year! We had way too many days last year where it was over 100. I do however miss summers in Colorado with no humidity!
I wonder how much impact this is going to have on people's grocery bills. I hear crops are failing.
We had a thunderstorm here last night! How about you, MissJean?
My ideal weather is rain at night (to water my pastures) and sun during the day. Doesn't happen very often!
