You're right tho shalt not kill is a commandment, I will post the explination of it soon if I am not blocked from this forum, because I do not have it with me at the moment. But basically here they are clearly talking abou humanes.

and voodoo, yes those are still religions but in most cases one person or group of people made them up, in many cases there is no evidence supporting the religion just word of mouth. But understand they still fit the dictonary definition of religion. However I would have to disagree, I do think these religions are "bad" in some cases, what I really mean to say is in most cases if a religion isnt in some form or another Christian there usually is very little truth to it. I do not mean this to offend anyone here, but if you are looking for the one true religion and the one true God find a Christian church.

I'm not real interested in looking into other religions at the moment, God says in the bible that we should be careful about these religions and not become involved in them. I do believe that I have the faith I need to reasearch and not become involved. However sense there is little truth to these religions I think my time is better spent on MY religion and school work for now.

you know TinaFablous I totally agree with you i am very religous. I am christian too but I also agree with piglet because there religon must not believe in god and no offense but you have to accept there faith. And christianity is not the only way into heaven. We had am talk about this in our conformation class and other religons are not wrong and because they might not believe in the FATHER doesn't me they are going to hell it just means their reliogn is different. And also christianity might not be the correct way to get into heaven either.

I am new to this forum and recieved a PM from Tina, with something from the Bible...I am not a religous person for my own reasons, I have nothing against any who are religious or believe in God...Although I have no clue why she PM'd me other then my screen name? I am sorry that she is banned, although I did not read this whole thread on why she was...

But I am glad she is, because I don't need God pushed down my throat...

I agree i thought this was a horum of guinea pig and other stuff but I am happy if she is so open about her faith and all but not everone is christain (sp) so it will offend some people when saying stuff about the bible. So she should go to a god forum to talk about god. No offense I am christan (sp) too but there is a time and plce and obveisly this is not the time or place. And just remember i am not looking for a fight.

TinaFabulous is no longer on this forum as you know, therefore she is not here to defend herself. So please don't make any type of derrogatory comments about her that she cannot answer. It would be like someone telling one of you that "you're a stupid pathetic loser and you don't know jack about guinea pigs" and you not being able to answer and defend yourself to that kind of comment. I only used that as an example.

I personally don't believe religious discussions should take place here because everyone has different faiths or no faith and every one should be respected for what ever they personally believe in. I believe it was/is wrong to send private messages to members about religion unless it had/has been asked for. I did not get any myself but I received complaints from members who did. I also personally believe that Religious debates should take place on a forum devoted to various types of religion. We are all here to further educate ourselves on piggies and their housing needs as well as care.

As I stated in an earlier post on this thread, CavySpirit does NOT allow religion to be brought into any of the other areas of this forum.

I am a Christian myself, and I have many friends who aren't. It's not the people who are bad... Heck, I've got 1-2+ friends who are satanist and atheist(sp).. Sure, I don't like it at all, but I don't go around preaching to them. They have their beliefs and I have mine. Some people just have to learn to except that...

I wasn't trying to talk bad about Tina, I was directing the question to everyone not just her alone. I also think that having a religious thread on a guinea pig forum is stupid.
