Redid the C&C cages again!!!

I used our shelving units to build C&C cages up instead of out. All the girls are spread out and separated and the boys are separated too. I will post pics as soon as I get off the pc for a min. I currently have 2 store bought cages for 2 single boars that constently fights. I am rehomeing 3 of my boars. I have 5 C&C cages built in the shelving units and I will be buying more coroplast and cubes soon. I can add 2 more when I buy more supplies. No more and I love it. It opened up space, cleans so much nicer, and we can see each one of them without chasing them all through the cage.

What did you do with all your fleece? Just wondering. The new cage setup sounds like fun, it sucks that you have to get rid of some of your pigs

Well Im going to post some pics in a min here. Yeah I know I wish I could keep them but if fighting keeps going Im not going to tolerate it. I'd rather have a live piggie than a dead one. We almost lost Gizmo again cause they kept picking on him and Gizmo is much older then them.

I love your cages. They look so neat and do not take up much room. One of the best set-ups I have ver seen.

Thank you. They work great but boy did I work on it for 10 hours. I had to tear their old cages apart and the bunnies. Separate them in rooms with temp cages. Recut the coro and build the units. I hurt and I got lots of cuts and bruses because of this. Once I got all the piggies in the cage and looked at all of them and said Boy did you like watching mommy get hurt doing your cages every 2 weeks and they all started wheeking for veggies. I love it. Got a whole lotta room and it is perfict for anyone who does rescues in their homes.

No promblem, it is also good becuase you can give your piggies a bigger floor time area.

You got that right and I got nothing to worry about in the lewis zoo room. Thats what I call our computer room.

I am glad you are building more of those cages because right now there are too many girls in each cage. There should be no more than 2 girls in each one because of their size.

They are looking very nice and you did a good job.
