Yay! Today I adopted 2 3 year old boars from the Toronto Humane Society. That place is SO huge! It had a small animal wing, a cat wing, and an entire upper level for dogs! And you won't believe this- It had a Ryan's Global pet food built in that sold like 15 differet Oxbow products!!! I was paralyzed with desicion! There was a pregnant female, another female, a female that had recovered from being paralysed (got dropped and had a spinal bruise) and neutered male, a separate male, three baby males, and mine! One is a tricolour crested (black, white, and tan) and is named Clover, the other is an orangey beige Abbyssinian named Peachy. They have a 2x6 with 1x2 loft and they are very timid. Clover is the bolder of the two and let me weigh him, he's 2.5 pounds. He tried out the ramp- Peachy's hiding under it. They pooped like literally 40 times already in 6 hours, but I love them! They are cute and funny and adorable. So everybody, adopt! There are many pigs waiting for you and they all rock!  Last edited by YayPiggies; 10-24-09 at 07:02 pm. Reason: typo!       |

Congratulations! I know this means a lot to you. I'm looking forward to seeing pigtures, esp. as I have a tricolor crested boar too! |

Congrats. I'll bet you are so excited to get them. I wish I was you. I can't wait to hear the sounds of little piggies in my house. Can't wait to see some pictures. I think think tri-colored are so cute. |

Congratulations!~ Wow, from the sounds of it, you have some very happy and brave piggies. I wonder what I'm doing wrong that makes them so afraid of me.... :C anyway, yay for you! |
