Not Ranked. Helpful AND tactful post? : 0 Today on craigslist there was a beautiful girl piggie that was up for adoption....being given away, and she really tugged at my heart. The add stated she needed to be gone by tonight! When I e-mailed inquiring why so sudden they stated that they were moving and didn't want her anymore and would put her on the curb if not picked up! ![]() The bad part is.....I am sick and it is a 45-65 minute drive from my house and my husband doesn't want me to pick her up and start becoming a "rescue". We do have room for one more but stories like this just hurt me so much! Anyone in the greater Seattle area that could adopt a beautiful female??? I wonder if I did get her what the repurcussions at home might be???? hmmm |

I'm in Vancouver, and also sick. But there's multiple small animal rescues in your area. You may want to contact them. Greener Grasses That's Greener Grasses' information on Petfinder. There's a few others. Last edited by JD In Van; 09-13-09 at 03:43 pm. |

I'm in Lynnwood, WA but I see this was posted last week. Any idea if she's gone? We're just finishing up building a cage and buying supplies and we're planning to start visiting rescues over the next couple of weekends to find a couple of piggies to adopt. |
