That was definitely a good one Paula!! I was browsing Petsmart the other day, and this little boy was looking at one of the guinea pigs and he goes "Look mommy! Its like Bugsy!" (from Bedtime Stories). The mom did end up saying no, because they apparently had a rather tempermental cat at home, but thats besides the point. Things like this happen every day, and because of the adorableness of little kids, we end up with thousands of pigs at shelters. I don't understand the ignorance, but I do try to prevent it. |
