O i just remembered when i put the pellets in the girls bowl my fat piggy snowflake will squeal and push the other piggies out of the way. Then when she gets to the bowl she puts her front paws in the bowl so the others can eat When she is. My piggies always make me laugh! |

On the Oxbow Organic food for guinea pigs, my guinea pig Smudge is absolutely fascinated by the guinea pig on the bag. When he goes to try and touch the bag and the guinea pig does not react, he gets upset and runs and popcorns. |

When ever I put a different kind of bedding then the pigs normally use in the shavings box, Pixie will start picking up the bedding, one piece at a time, and spit it out of the box! She'll only stop when I sprinkle hay over the bedding |

My little girl Cocoa loves these little green wash clothes that we have. If I'm holding her against me she automatically stretches out and goes to sleep, but if I leave one in her basket when I'm cleaning her home she popcorns and then rolls around on it until she's all covered up. If you give her some veggies when she's like this she will very carefully poke her head out, then snatch the veggie and drag it back into her little cove. If she's laying on top of the cloth, she'll drag a veggie back and use it as a chin rest. |

Our older boar will not eat unless he is hiding in his pigloo. He will drag all his veggies into it and will scoot it in front of the hay or pellets while he is eating. It's really cute. he also likes to chase the vacuum hose around while we clean their cage. All of our babies love popcorning in and out of their cuddle cup. My first sow loves giving kisses whether or not you like it . I'm sure there's plenty of little things that I find funny, but that's it for now. |

Whenever my two boys have finished all the running around involved with floor time (which isn't very much, as they are quite the lazy piggers) they always walk up to where I am sitting, popcorn once, the yawn a huge yawn and literally flop themselves dramatically on the floor, as if to say "All right mommy we are done now". It is the cutest, funniest thing they do! |

I just thought of a couple other things this morning! Apparently Cocoa doesn't like something about the ring of the phone in my bedroom. If we're in the living room and I'm holding her (different phone brand) and the phone rings she's fine. If I'm in my bedroom holding her and the phone rings, she makes a rumble noise on the first ring every single time. The first time she did it I was really surprised. Now I just find it's adorable. She also has this thing about my dad. If my mom or I make a noise she usually just ignores it. If I'm holding her in the living room and my dad's in there, it can be as much as a yawn and she's looking around trying to find it. It can be the exact same sound he made a couple minutes before that and she'll do the exact same thing. I was watching the movie Sky High this weekend and the part where Magenta turns into a Guinea Pig for the first time came on. Well when Cocoa heard the little wheeks of the Guinea on tv she started looking about almost frantically. It was really cute, but also makes me think I need to look into adopting her a friend in the future. |

Helpful AND tactful post? : 0 We haven't had our piggies for very long, but I noticed that Tasha has a tendency to eat her baby carrot really fast and then zoom around trying to take Tess' or Terrie's. Tonight Terrie wasn't interested in hers and I laid it on top of one of the hideys so that I could give it to her later. Next thing I know, there is Tasha, stretching her little body like an accordion, honing in on that carrot on the house. She's got the nose of a blood hound! It was just too funny! Now she periodically checks the top of all the hideys. |

My cookie will jump on a hidey house and wheeks for the other two girls and they will come running and she looks at them like HAHA. You cant get me. The boys i have separated but stacked on top of each other, the one on the bottom will popcorn and try and hit the bottom of the top cage to get the ones attention. One time it wasn't funny at the time, but it is now, I got the females out for play/floor time and I was holding cookie getting ready to put her down and she jumped out of my hands and feel right on top of Abbi |

Once I was holding Bella and taking her back to her cage (I had her closer to my shoulder because she bites when you hold and walk) when she climbed onto my shoulder. I bent over so that she would fall and she sniffed my neck before heading down my back! I bent over more and she just kept going until I was bent over all the way I could! I had to get my mom to get her off so that she wouldn't fall. I thought it was hilarious. |

Back when I still had 5 sows, they all got in one lunch sized brown paper bag at the same time. It was funny. |

On the subject of brown lunch bags. My pigs love them! My smallest pig Betsy will popcorn non stop for almost an hour! She just climbs on in there and all you see is a little hopping bag forever, so cute! Then she pees all over it and I have to take it out! Silly pigs! |

Oh I am just getting the biggest kick reading everyone's funny stories about their pigs. I swear, even if I'm in the foulest mood, just watching my pigs is enough to cheer me up. My pigs are so funny about when I go in to sweep up their poop. I start sweeping it into the dustpan and they are so curious about what I'm doing that they come over and stand on the dustpan, smelling the poop but preventing me from sweeping more up! I think Duff gets jealous when Im sweeping poop in other pigs' cages because he will see me at the other cages and start wheeking - that "pay attention to MEEEE" wheek. So I go over to his cage and he squeeks and runs away to hide LOL Trio lives in a 2X4 cage and loves to run the "obstacle course" around the objects in his cage. He will run full speed through the tunnels, into then out of the cuddle cup, over the food dishes, under the water bottle, etc. He will do this a couple of times, then turn on a dime and run full speed the reverse course! |

Because of my refrigerator being away from where Miley can hear it, she associates me getting my keys as food time. If I even jingle them at all she just squeaks like crazy! Also, she will lick everyone like crazy. The vet comments on this every time I bring her in! My fiance's piggies Squeeky and Princess love to "beg" for their food. When they hear their food coming they stand on their back legs! It makes them look so silly but it is really cute! |

To scoop poos, I used a small plastic spoon. One of my boys is obssessed with it. Whenever I start scooping, he will come and check it out, sniffing it, following my hand everywhere, and then he will try to tug it out of my hand. "Hey! Leave my poop stash ALONE!" |

Our cage is a single layer 2x5 on the floor, so when I do poo clean-up I have to actually get in the cage to get all of the poops. I have a plastic rubbermaid bin that I put all the poop and hay in while I am cleaning. My girl Freya always tries to climb in, but can't. It's cute to see her stretched out. |

Two of my pigs are also part goat, apparently. We put frozen water bottles in socks and put them in the cage to keep cool while we're at work. Lola has taken to chewing holes in the sock. And last night I sweeping out the cages and had the plastic grocery bag on the floor of the cage as I swept. Doc kept going after the bag and chewing on it. Finally after 3 times I took the bag out and then he kept coming after my hand broom. I think he was trying to help |

My Lola hates everything about my husband's cell phone. The general ring, the message beep, even the button noise. She rumbles at his phone all the time. She doesn't care about my phone at all. She also hates ringing phones on the TV. I think she hates his so much and doesn't care about mine because he has an old fashioned ring, but mine is a song ringtone. Oh, and not to be gross but one of my pigs rumbles every time my husband, um, passes gas. I can't say that I blame them, though! |
