All our dogs

So some of you might know that my second favorite animal (first being guinea pig of course) is dogs. Me and my family have four dogs, all Boston Terriers.

Our oldest Jacob who is 7 years.

Sasha who will be 3 years in June.

Ace who is 1 year.

Jack who will be 6 months at the end of this month.

So what kind of dogs do you all have?
I would love to see pictures!

Re: All our dogs

Your dogs are adorable! I adopted Pepper at the end of July last year. She's been a great addition to my already large family which include a hubby, 3 kids, 5 piggies and a betta fish. She's a 2yr old black lab/chow mix. Everyone thinks she's still a baby because she's not that big. Here are a few pics:

Re: All our dogs

Wow, four Boston Terriers! They're really handsome! I love Jacob's expression! I only have one dog, a ten year old yellow labrador named Barley. He was my first pet, besides some fish. He's very cuddly, but he's getting a bit senile in his old age. We recently had a bit of a scare when the vet thought he had a brain tumor, but it turns out he just has a thyroid problem. Talk about a sigh of relief! Anyways, this is the only picture I have of him on my laptop, but here you go!

Edit: Jenn I love Pepper's spotted tongue! Haha!

Thanks. She looks like a small lab until she sticks her tongue out. Barley is such a cutie too! I love labs.

Re: All our dogs

This is Wilbur, he's a 12 year old (nearly 13) Jack Russell x Fox Terrier

After mum flooded my room, I had to sleep on a blow up bed in the lounge room, which Wilbur happily claimed as is own.

This is him on his bed in the Family room, he has another one similar in the study.

Re: All our dogs

As I'm sure I've bragged about to most of you, I have a beagle named Jasper. He's quite a trooper, and most amusing as well.

Yes, he was having some small seizures, nothing major. He's covered with fatty cysts, and ever since he was about six or seven, he's been snapping at the air, like he was trying to get a fly. The vet told us these themselves were mini seizures. A few months ago he had surgery to get a malignant tumor removed from his anal gland, and then after that one night we found him with his eyes droopy and his third eyelid up. He was sluggish and could barely walk. The next day we took him to the vet and they said they thought he had had a seizure while we were away, and after later examination they thought the cancer from his anal gland had spread to his brain, because his jaw strength was weak. But after some thorough bloodwork, they found he had some thyroid problems in addition to nature spinal degeneration due to old age. Since then we've put him on medicine and some steroids for his spine and leg degeneration, and he's doing much better.

Re: All our dogs

I have Dash Cool who is a mini doxie who will be 2, and Yoda who is a Boston Terrier who is 4 months.

Yoda is still in potty training mode so he is in his "cell", that is about the only time he is still.

Gosh! I've already met two more girls from college whose Chihuahuas are named Mia, too! I named her that because:
a) it was the name of a character from a soap who was very snobbish and bratty just like my pup and
b) because Mia bonded with me and she's my dog (Mia means mine in spanish)

Re: All our dogs

Well I don't have any dogs of my own, but we have been "dogsitting" our friends dog since he was a puppy and now he's around 10. This is his second home, home away from home. I haven't seen him in months since his owners moved.

I really miss him.
