Charlie wanted to ride the tilt-a-whirl at Palace Playland. Unforetunately, the amusement park had not yet opened for the day.

Upon returning home on April 23rd, Charlie started bugging me about letting him ride a motorcycle.

Looks like Charlie had a blast and I didn't realize he's an excellent photographer.

I never got around to post the photos of Charlie in Germany. First my laptop had to be repaired and then school and papers and work caught up with me and I forgot it. Then I found the photos again today and thought... hey, better late than never.

So here's Charlie taking a trip with Color Fantasy.

There was a night club on board:

But you had to be 20 to get in.

So Charlie tried to sneak in, but got stuck:

Then we went out on deck for a stroll:

And later that night we had a drink in the show lounge.

The next day we arrived in Kiel and started the long drive southwards on the autobahn. Charlie thought the other cars drove too fast:

Some days later, Charlie met Kater, my aunt's cat:

And we went sight seeing in Münster. This is the Lamberti church, with cages hanging from the tower.
