Card Making

I'm ADDICTED! I'm just starting out so I'm not very good. I figured I'd better get a craft collection going as I'll get my own class to teach in August and will have next to no supplies. I had a request on the other forum I'm on to make a piggy card. It didn't turn out wonderful but I had fun doing it!

Have you ever tried using stamps? I have some really cute guinea pig stamps that I make cards with. After the ink dries, I just color them in.

When I make cards (which isn't often) I either draw them by hand or use the computer to make a design for the card (I'm a graphic designer

).

I really like your card! Did you use a metalic pen to write "happy birthday" on the front? It looks really nice!

It's made from holographic paper. The card isn't actually all that big - it's just folded in half A5 card.

I love card making and scrapbooking. I make all my christmas cards and birthday card every year. If I get a chance I will get some pics. It is such an addicting hobby.

My best friend got me hooked on scrapbooking three years ago, and she's just recently started holding classes for card making. She's so incredibly talented at it (so are you!), and now I'm totally getting into it, too. I love scrapbooking. Both online and in an album. It's so fun to see all of the pictures of when you were younger, and to have them all organized nicely.

Cool - there's this new magazine out and it's about crafts and card marking. I want it! Have you ever been to Hobbycraft daft? There's some really cool stuff there for card making

I have just go tinto card making and love it! for christmas I took some pigtures of the guineas in tinsil to go in the middle of cards and it did look great. Its so much fun to!
