Does anyone else wonder about the future? I often wonder what I will do in the future when I move out of my parents house. Although I am allowed to stay as long as I want Where am I going to house my animals? I have so many animals and I love them all, but I often get worried about the future. Where I live housing is relativley cheap, but alot of rentals don't allow animals. Am I only one out there who worries about this? Just the other day my friends and I were talking about it. I suffer from depression and the national depression society say's that animals help people with depression. I believe this because I feel so much better with them around. But I am just so worried that in years to come I may not have them. Anyway I am just rambling on. |

The future will hold great things, don't worry about it, you will live with as many animals as you would like, and they will surround you with all the love you will need. They will be there to comfort you, and help you when you are in need of unconditional love. All the housing issues can be worked on later, and maybe you will end up moving to a place where they are allowed, and then you wont have a problem with anything. |

I do worry about the pigs - what's going to happen when I go to university in 2 years time? I *really* want to live away for the experience but at the same time my pigs are at home! My parents will look after them but not brilliantly and they won't give them lap time. I wonder about what course I'm going to take and which job. I have to make all these decisions come next september when I'll be filling in my UCAS form, eek. Well, lets just enjoy this year then |

I worry too, sinve I plan to move out pretty soon, I have 1 cat, 4 rats and 2 piggies and mostly rentals are "strictly no pets" and there is no way on earth I am going to give away my piggies and rats and leave my cat behind, they are all my babies! Thinking about it however, my rats sadly may have passed on by the time I leave, but there is no way I can live without animals in my life!! |

I'll be moving out in a few years and I've thought of the same things. I'd have to bring along my 2 cats and soon to be 2 pigs(and by then possibly 3). My dogs are already 11 so they may already be gone by then. I'd be very tempted to go and adopt a small breed dog but it probably won't be a good idea. |
