Does anyone know if the cubes are better from Kleeneze or Robert May? Because I am sure some of my pigs will chew the wire... does the plastic covering come off the Kleeneze ones? Will that happen if I get them from Robert May? |

You have to order the mag. It came within a week after I ordered it. I have heard that the ones from Robert May cannot be chewed off or something... because they have a metal covering? |

Robert May sell them for about £22 for 17 grids. They are expensive, but they don't have a plastic coating. Basically, it's just straight metal. I found that these grids make the cage stronger and sturdier than the cages made out of plastic coated grids, as the metal is thicker than that inside the plastic coated ones. Delivery by Robert May is very quick...2-3 working days usually. |

The unfortunate thing for me is.. I have seventeen piggies to house. So from Robert May... you can imagine how much it will cost me... Grrr it's so annoying. But I am getting them, I love my piggies enough to pay that kinda money on them :-D |

Wow! You have loads of piggers!! I know what you mean about the cost..to build my 4-level cage (which currently houses 3 piggies) I had to buy 4 sets, which came to over £120 including delivery. Myspoiltpiggies: I hope your piggies realise how lucky they are to have you as their slave!! |

Myspoilypiggies, will you be paying for all the cubes or are your parents helping a little? Robert May slap on this massive shipping charge though, no? You'd be better off getting them from Kleeneze even though you get less cubes. |

My parents would usually help me in paying for something this dear.. but I don't know if they will this time. They bought my hedgehog for me who was £125. I don't want them to have to pay for me as my dad built me the hutches I have now and it was a lot of work for him :-( With Kleeneze though.. the guinea pigs will chew the plastic? My males are nibblers when it comes to feeding time so I wanted to get ones that won't be ruined by teeth :-( |

Ive heard that places like b&q make there signs out of it. You might get some for free, but I dont know how big it would be. My boyfriend looked on www.yell.com for signs in our area and phoned around some of the numbers on there for quotes. The company I got it from were very good and we couldnt fit it in our car so the bloke dropped it off on his way home. It was £22 for 8 x 4 and we gave him a tenner for delivering it. |

It took me ages to find correx. I eventually tracked it down from www.technologysupplies.co.uk They sell 3mm and 4mm in black, white, red, yellow, green and blue. The 3mm cost me £18.75 for 10 1000mm x 600mm sheets (minimum pack size). The 4mm was a little more expensive. You have to phone your order if you are not an account holder (reserved for educational establisments) but they are really helpful and delivery only took two days. I would highly recommend them. They are based in Shropshire but postage was not too expensive, even to Aberdeen. |

Hi I'm new here so a quick 'hi!' to everyone before I start. Just to let you know I have found some cubes in a store in my town centre called 'home bargains' (i am not sure if these stores feature in other city centres in the uk, but its worth a mention incase your town centre has one) they have a special offer where you can buy two packs for £15 (thirteen squares in each pack) or one pack for £9.99. hope this is of some use! |

Heya - skooby where abouts are you from? I have never heard of a store by that name before, worth looking in to I guess. The price seems great |
