Are you sure they are 15 inch and not 14 inch?

Re: 15 inch cubes

It doesn't matter whether its 14 or 15", you will need a full length sheet, 8 feet.

No, you can get it cut to exact dimensions at the sign place, usually.

Re: 15 inch cubes

How high do you want to make the sides. If you want to make them 5 inches then you need a sheet thats 100" by 40"

Re: 15 inch cubes

96"x40 is the correct size which the full sheet will be. That will give you 6" high on all sides

Re: 15 inch cubes

15" cubes won't be a problem. All you need to do is buy a 4' x 8' sheet (normal) and make the perimeter of the cage with the cubes. Put the coroplast sheet (flat) underneath the cubes, trace the edges, add the wall height to each side, cut and score as in the directions.

Re: 15 inch cubes

A 2 x 6... Let's see. That would be about:
(2 x 15") x (6 x 15")
=30" x 90"
Then you'd have to add the sides, which are 6" on each side (12" total)
=30+12 x 90+12
=42 x 112, which isn't possible with one sheet. If you still want the 2 x 6, which in this case would be 18.75ish square feet, you'll need two sheets of coroplast.

You can do a 2 x 5, though:
(2 x 15") x (5 x 15")
=30" x 75"
Add the sides:
30+12 x 75+12
=42" x 87"
Which, in this case, is about 15.625 square feet.

Either way, there is plenty of room for up to four, maybe even five, cavies. How many do you have?

Re: 15 inch cubes

I am unsure of they sell 12 inch cubes all cubes I have seen came in 14 inch and the ones from k mart are 15 inch. I really do not think they come smaller then 14 inches.

Re: 15 inch cubes

The ones I just picked up for my first attempt at C&C Cage from Target go by the brand name Organize it and are 14.5 inch grids and were $12.99 for a 6 cube and they came with a few extra "dividers as they called them which I plan to use to create the ramps for the "Upper Deck" my two new cavy's "NutterButter" and "Oreo" are going to love it.

Re: 15 inch cubes

Yeah im making a huge cavy cage, i'll need 1 full sheet and another additional for the 2nd floor, its going to be 7 ft long and 3 ft wide and the top will be 3 ft wide and 4 ft long, total size: 33 ft sq. I think that should be enough for 4 piggies to live happily
