Re: I need help finding Coroplast

Have you gone through the phone book in the yellowpages under signs? A popular place is Sign-a-rama, but be carefule becasue each store can sell it at it's own price. I would also look for small, independtly owned stores, since they are usually cheaper and nicer to deal with. That's how I got mine for $10! Sometimes if you tell them that it's for a pig cage they go cheaper since they sometimes think you are trying to turn around and sell it yourself.

On the homepage there is a link for where to find stuff.

Good luck!

P.S., I saw your waffle block house and sent you a PM. Where did you get the materials for that, i love it!

Re: I need help finding Coroplast

You could go out on the 5th and pick up a bunch of campaign signs from the side of the road...it doesn't cost anything!
That's what I'm doing.

Of course you don't have too...so you may find the post above me more helpful.

Re: I need help finding Coroplast

I also live in Portland, Oregon. I found my coroplast/ "corrugated plastic" at Columbia Art Supply, 1515 East Burnside, Portland, OR 97214
Their biggest pieces are big enough for a 2x3 C&C cage, but I bought two pieces and taped them together for a 2x4. I believe they have clear, white, red, blue, black and green for choices.

Multi-Craft Plastic, inc. | Home Page

Depending on the color you want, prices are between $10 and $12ish for a 4'x8' sheet. They'll load it in your car and they will also cut it to size for you for $5.

They're right off 217 on 72nd in Tigard.

It's an excellent idea - I did it for forsale signs here in the UK. Fantastic!
