Question Getting Worried....

Ok so 2 weeks ago I bought a C&C cage off this website. It still hasnt shown up. I called my post-office and they say they dont have any packages waiting for me.... what is the average delivery time? I clicked on contact at the bottom of the home page and it shows webmaster@cccages.com (or something like that) so I wrote to that but I wasnt sure if that was the right person to email

I live in South Carolina.... just getting anxious.... I promised my piggies a C&C for xmas!

Re: Getting Worried....

I don't know about shipping times etc, but I think the address you need to email is CCCages@aol.com , she can probably supply you with a tracking number.
IT says she ships UPS ground (not postal service) and With it being the holiday season, UPS is kinda lagging. I ordered hay from WA last Sunday-shipped out monday (18th), and it isn't expected to be delivered until this coming Tuesday (26th).....I am in MS. Hope your cage arrives soon, or you can get it tracked .

Quote:
Please allow 1 to 2 days for construction and packaging and then the standard 1 to 6 days for UPS ground shipping (from Connecticut). For all other questions regarding ordering and delivery of Sue's C&C Cages-to-Go, please email Sue directly at CCCages@aol.com. All prices and offerings are subject to change.

Hmm... the only SC orders I received in the last two weeks were Sat the 16th (not even a week ago) it shipped Monday the 18th, and delivered yesterday. And one on Sun. the 10th, and that was delivered on the 15th.

I haven't yet received an email inquiry from you. My email address is right on the order page. cccages@aol.com Two weeks means something's wrong. So email me with your name and order date and we'll figure it out.

Yes, your order was placed just last Sat. the 16th (5 days ago) and shipped Monday the 18th. It shows it was delivered yesterday at 6:10 pm. You posted at 11:30 pm last night - did you not receive it?

Re: Getting Worried....

You need to call UPS (UPS=United Parcel Service)..... I don't think Sue ships through the post office (USPS=United States Postal Service) so they aren't going to be able to help you. Your best bet is to email Sue directly, so she can try to locate the package for you.
cccages@aol.com
If it is showing as shipped, but you don't have it, ti may have been delivered to one of your neighbors houses. The driver will know which residence he left it at.

Re: Getting Worried....

Thank you 'this lil piggy' - I was just going to post that. Yes, you can only call 800-PICK-UPS and have them contact the driver. The post office has nothing to do with UPS.
It shows it delivered to the "front door". I double-checked the address and it is correct. Email me directly for your tracking number cccages@aol.com.

Re: Getting Worried....

They must have delivered it to the wrong address because you said they put that it was delivered to the front door on Thursday at 6:10. I am off that day and was home from 5:30pm until 8pm. I was at work from 8pm till 12am. I posted while at work when it was slow.....
this is frustrating.... thank you for trying to help.

Re: Getting Worried....

You need to call UPS and tell them that while it says your package was delivered you never got it and did not sign for it. At this point it's UPS's fault if you did not get it and they need to track it down. There is little more that CCcages can do for you because once UPS has control of the package it pretty much falls out of the sender's hands.

Will do! Thank you. Just waiting for the tracking number and then will figure out who they delievered it too.

About 1 mile away there is a Fair Avenue and I live in Fair Street. Probably a mix up like that. Thank you.

Re: Getting Worried....

The good thing is that it's not something most people would want to steal and keep for themselves. Hopefully they will call UPS or bring it to you themselves.

I once got a large box from UPS. I was expecting a large box so thought nothing of it. When I opened it I saw that it was full of plumbing parts. I checked the address and it was supposed to go to a plumbing business one street over. I just threw it in my car and delivered it myself.

Re: Getting Worried....

Just an idea, but I would drive over to Fair Avenue and see if there is a house that has the same street number as you.... If there is, knock on their door and ask them.

Re: Getting Worried....

Wow - thanks for helping everyone! However, this is totally my fault! I didn't have her name or order, so I thought it was another order in SC. I never received her order. However, it was there at paypal! Terribly sorry for the inconvenience crazybouncy - will refund shipping and ship your cage immediately. So sorry -- this one got by me!

HEHE It happens. If it didn't, you wouldn't be human!
At least it isn't lost, that's gotta be a relief.

Re: Getting Worried....

It happens and no problem at all!
My piggies are just happy to be getting a new cage soon.
I will be most likely in the next couple weeks buying another 2x3.5 from you for my other set of boars!

Thank you!
