Not Ranked. Helpful AND tactful post? : 0 [font=Book Antiqua]I have been trying to email Sue for a week.I have a new email service and I don't think it is working right. So, Sue if you see this, I really need to know where to send my money order. I will be ordering my cage in the next week or two. Also, I am getting a new piggy for my little guy to have a friend. Can anyone tell me how to handle putting the two together? Should I start slowly? Or can I just put the two in the same cage from the start?I will be getting another male.Oh, one more thing! If piggies get fleas or ear mites, what do you do? I put olive oil in my cats and dog ears. What about piggies? THANKS! |

Take your pig to a vet, thats what I did when my pig had mites. They will probably put some gell on his fur. Don't buy the mite and flea care that they sell in the shops becuase the don't work. Trust me. |

Check out the social and introduction pages on CavySpirit.com Make sure you quarantine, and find the second pig at a shelter, not a pet store! To introduce, they have to be on neutral territory. The only way to treat mites is with Ivermectin. Look around this forum for more info. |

Lisa, I've been trying to email you for a week also, from two different email addresses. I've sent about six. You may have spam settings on so they're not reaching you. Check your settings and email me again at cccages@aol.com Perhaps try from another email address. Sue |
